Pycnogenol 30mg Shown To Ease Pregnancy Pain

Pregnancy can bring significant discomfort, with aches and cramps striking the lower back, calves, hips and more. Research suggests that women who wish to mange such discomfort naturally might consider trying Pycnogenol.

One placebo-controlled study of 140 women experiencing pregnancy-related discomfort in their third trimester found that those who took 30 mg/day of Pycnogenol enjoyed a significant reduction in discomfort. Researchers attributed this outcome to Pycnogenol’s antioxidant and inflammation-modulating properties, and concluded that supplementation with Pycnogenol in the third trimester of pregnancy appears to be a safe and effective method of easing pregnancy-related discomfort.
